The principal and founder of Lambert Law Office, LLC, Ms. Lambert has proudly and successfully represented whistleblowers for nearly two decades. Ms. Lambert’s practice is dedicated exclusively to the representation of individuals who assist the United States Government in the pursuit of cases involving fraud. These cases can take many forms and Ms. Lambert has brought numerous successful actions under the qui tam provisions of the False Claims Act, as well as the Whistleblower Programs of the Internal Revenue Service and Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ms. Lambert has worked closely with the U.S. Government on actions ranging from pharmaceutical cases to those involving federal grant monies, federal contracts, and the home health care industry. Most notably, Ms. Lambert’s successes have included her role as co-counsel in the largest False Claims Act settlement in U.S. history, the July 2012 $3 billion settlement involving GlaxoSmithKline, PLC, and as co-lead counsel in the April 2014 $150 million recovery against Amedisys, Inc., the largest recovery against a home health care company under the FCA.

In addition to the successes she has achieved for her clients under the False Claims Act, Ms. Lambert has the distinction of being one of a select few attorneys to have also achieved multiple significant awards for her clients under the IRS and SEC Whistleblower Reward programs. Working closely with her clients, Ms. Lambert has helped to recover over $86 million in collected proceeds under the IRS Whistleblower program, and simultaneously successfully advocated to obtain several maximum award percentages.

Ms. Lambert’s advocacy on behalf of her clients extends beyond her work with whistleblowers to her service as a volunteer attorney for the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project (“MCAP”) where she serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for children who are victims of abuse/neglect. 

Ms. Lambert has been honored with selection as a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star” by Philadelphia Magazine. Additionally, her work on behalf of whistleblowers was recognized as she was one of the attorneys honored with the Whistleblower Lawyer of the Year Award by national, nonprofit organization Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund (“TAEF”) in 2016. A public interest organization based Washington, D.C., TAEF is dedicated to combatting fraud against the government and protecting the public fisc.
